OROPORT Cargo-handling Services, Incorporated is a Philippine Corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is primarily engaged in Stevedoring and Arrastre Services as well as other port-related cargo-handling activities.

The company's beginning dates back to March 25, 1999 when, consequent to a recommendation from the Philippine Ports Authority, two (2) companies- Continental Arrastre and Stevedoring Company (CASCO) and Gold City Integrated Port Services (INPORT), both experienced port cargo-handling companies, formed a joint venture to provide  integrated cargo-handling services at the Port of Cagayan de Oro through Task Force OROPORT.

After two (2) years of successful operations of the two merged companies, OROPORT was formally incorporated in June 2001. Over the years, it has maintained a steady growth.
